Position: Travel ICU RN
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Shift: 7P-7A
Job Details
- Provides professional nursing care to a specific critically ill
- Anticipates and resolves patient care and personnel issues
- Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing | BSN required
- Current FL license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS/ACLS through American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Must have knowledge of all aspects of patient care including assessing; planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the patients progress through the entire continuum of care
- Demonstrates knowledge of infection control practices
- Cognizant of the physical and general characteristics of the various age related groups
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing theory, diseases and therapeutics and is able to recognize changes in patient status and report pertinent information to physicians
- Clinical skills commensurate with allowed scope of responsibility
- Ability to work independently, demonstrates neatness, organizational skills and deadline awareness
