Job Description
Healthcare Staffing is in search of Rn's for a ICU unit located in Midtown, Atlanta. We are seeking to staff shifts 7/7 days and nights. Must have ICU// Med- Surg experience.
Duties to include;
Receiving admissions and /or transfers to the unit
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
Interpreting assessments/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
Competence in Rapid response and code events
Promoting continuous quality improvement
Instructing and counseling patients/families
Having a valid RN license in the state in which you are seeking employment
Possessing a Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)/ Advanced Cardiovascular Support ( ALS)
Being passionate about working in a critical care environment
