(Archived) Registered Nurse Needed in Houston, Texas Area - Burn ICU Unit
Job Description
Medical Search is seeking experienced RN's for a Burn ICU unit in Houston, Texas.
The unit is currently expanding to accommodate 14 patients and the Burn ICU is a mixed acuity unit (ICU/IMU/Floor) that takes all burn patients.
Ideal candidates will have ER, ICU or strong IMU experience from Level I Trauma Center.
Candidate must be comfortable and used to turning/lifting patients, pushing beds and changing bandages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
- Certified in Basic Life Support
- Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements..
