Job Description
Prestigious Houston Health System is seeking experiences ICU Registered Nurse for 13 weeks. This is a night shift position. We are seeking experienced candidates that can start quick. As an ICU RN you will be providing professional nursing care to a diverse patient population, conducts nursing assessments, assists with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. You will be providing direct patient care effectively and efficiently which may include patients with varied and complex needs.
To qualify ICU RN must :
- Be a graduate of education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s) indicated below in the Certifications, Licenses and Registrations section.
- Texas RN license or temporary TX RN license, should obtain permanent license within 90 days. Compact license acceptable according to current Board of Nursing requirements.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC)-recognized certification in applicable specialty area preferred
