Job Description
Currently working with a hospital in Virginia Beach, VA to assist with coverage for an RN position in Dialysis with a start date of 02/20/2023. Please find additional details regarding the opportunity below.
Job Description:
Primary Clinical Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Responsible for execution of dialysis program
- Collects, analyzes and records relevant patient health data accurately
- Analyzes assessment data to identify patient problems
- Develops a plan of care that describes interventions to attain expected outcomes
- Implements and records interventions to attain expected outcomes in EMR
- Evaluates patient progress toward attainment of identified goals
- Adheres to approved, research-based practice standards
- Utilizes equipment and materials in a safe and cost-effective manner
Job Description:
- 8-12 weeks
- Days: (8hrs) Monday-Friday; Full-Time (40hrs/week)
- No On-Call
- No Weekends
- Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
- EMR: Crown Web
- Dress Code: Dialyze Direct will provide black scrub tops. Scrub bottoms: Personal scrubs of any color
Requirements:
- 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience
- Copy of Current, Valid Driver License
- Geriatric patient experience
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience
- Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- Previous Travel - Preferred
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
License:
- Virginia
