About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join a reputable dialysis care provider in Le Roy, New York. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a stable schedule, supportive team environment, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of chronic kidney disease patients.

You’ll work three 12-hour morning shifts, providing high-quality, patient-centered dialysis care while collaborating with an experienced clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective hemodialysis treatments for assigned patients

  • Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, care plans, and health management

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical and regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and multidisciplinary team members

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York (required)

  • Previous dialysis experience preferred, but strong acute-care RNs encouraged to apply

  • Current BLS certification

Schedule

  • 3×12-hour shifts (morning schedule)

  • Permanent full-time role
