We’re hiring a Renal Vascular Registered Nurse (RN) who wants strong earning potential, a choice of day or night shifts, and the stability of joining an established acute-care team.

You’ll step into an acute care role focused on caring for adult renal, vascular, and medical-surgical patients. You’ll assess patients, coordinate individualized care, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while using your clinical judgment and nursing expertise.

What makes you a great fit
• You have at least 1 year of RN experience
• You hold a clear and active Florida RN license or qualifying multistate license
• You hold a Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• You’re comfortable working within a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
• You bring strong assessment, patient education, and collaboration skills
• You can complete BLS and NIH Stroke Scale requirements within the required timelines

Compensation & Benefits
• $29.73–$43.20 per hour based on experience
• $10,000 sign-on bonus through September 25
• $4.25 per hour night shift differential
• $3 per hour weekend differential
