Job Description
Currently working with a hospital in Glens Falls, NY to assist with coverage for an RN position in the ER with a start date of 2/16/2023. Please find additional details regarding the opportunity below.
Job Description:
- 13+ weeks
- Days (12 hrs)
- 0645-1915 - 36 hrs/week - may consider 48 hrs/week if requested
- On-Call-None
- Every Other Weekend/Holiday Rotation
- # of beds in unit: 43
- RN to Patient ratio: 1:4
- EMR: Cerne
- Patient population: Newborn through Geriatric
Requirements:
- 2+ years of current ED experience
- 1 direct supervisory reference from the most recent travel assignment
- Experience with procedural sedation, rapid-sequence intubation (RSI), IV starts on children, and ABG draws
- You must include if your traveler has experience with First Net (the experience is not needed, but we need to know if they do have any or not)
- Cerner experience - HIGHLY Preferred
- Covid vaccine and boosters
Certification Requirements:
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
License:
- New York
