Position Name: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
Available Shifts: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Job Summary:
Are you a dynamic, quick-thinking Registered Nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments? We are looking for an experienced ER RN to join our team and make a difference in patient care. As an ER RN, you will provide care to patients of all ages, from minor injuries to critical emergencies. You'll be a key part of a collaborative team, supporting each other to deliver excellent, compassionate care to every patient.
What You'll Do:

Triage and Assess: Quickly and accurately assess patients of all ages, identifying immediate needs and prioritizing care.

Individualized Care Plans: Develop and implement tailored care strategies to meet the specific needs of each patient.

Multitasking: Manage multiple cases at once, providing comprehensive nursing care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and patient satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Follow-Up Care: Provide clear instructions to patients upon discharge and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience, including ED, ICU, or PCU. Paramedic experience is a plus!

Licensing: Active Florida RN license or multistate RN license. Compact license holders must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation.

Certifications:
-
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of employment
-
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment
-
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months
-
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) within 6 months
-
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days
-
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months
-

Skills: Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize patient safety.
