Seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care, while supporting patients and their families through every step of the healthcare journey.

What You’ll Do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.

• Deliver care that accounts for patient age, cultural background, and psychosocial needs.

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress using appropriate medical terminology.

• Support safe and timely patient discharges, providing education and resources as appropriate.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, education sessions, and unit activities.

• Use independent judgment to plan and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or valid multistate license.

  • BLS certification.

  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

  • 6–12 months RN experience (no entry-level applicants).

  • Strong knowledge of disease state management, care pathways, and clinical processes.

• Preferred:

  • ER experience.

Education

• ADN or ASN degree in Nursing, with completion of an accredited professional nursing program.
