US Naval Medical Center Portsmouth is a patient-driven facility with the health readiness of the United States Armed Forces. Our civilian employees work alongside active duty military and federal employees to provide mission essential care to patients requiring minor care to life-threatening critical care at this ER.

Experience:
- Possess a minimum of 1 year experience within the last two years as an RN working in an Emergency Department setting.
Certifications:
- Current BLS, ACLS, & PALS by the Amrican Heart Association
- TNCC or ATCN.
Licenses:
- Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing from any state accredited program.
- Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
