· Charlotte, NC 28204. NP or PA ,Ages 2+, DEA not req'd.
12/4-2/23 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri each week (no Wed) 7a-4p all shifts (closed 12/25-26, 1/1 holidays)
· Wilkesboro, NC 28697. NP only, Ages 2+, Bilingual preferred, Dispensing site, DEA not req'd

12/26 9a-6p, 12/27 7a-4p
· Dobson, NC 27017. NP or PA, Ages 6+, dispensing. DEA not req'd
