Job Description

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time/Part-time (every other weekend)

Responsibilities:

Manage post-acute and rehabilitation patients, utilizing physical assessment skills and nursing principles.
Evaluate resident conditions, gather data, and assist in developing resident care plans.
Maintain electronic health records and document observations as required by regulations.

Requirements:

Current State RN license.
Minimum 1 year experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or post-acute skilled care preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
ADA: Ability to perform physical tasks and possess visual and auditory skills.
