Job Title: Temporary Registered Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Temporary Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will provide top-notch care and support to our patients while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. This position requires a Registered Nurse with a valid license in the state of Illinois, proven experience in various nursing procedures, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and accurately document findings.
- Measure and record patient vitals, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication usage.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in delivering patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois.
- Proven experience in assessments, vitals, patient education, medication administration, and LPN supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a Level 1 background check.

Working Conditions:
