Position Overview
We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during your shifts. One position offers a variable schedule, while the other covers the night shift from 6 PM to 6:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care including assessments, medication administration, and treatments

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies

• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulations
