Licensed Practical Nurse – Skilled Nursing – Evenings – Full-Time

Position Overview
Join a dedicated team in a skilled nursing facility providing compassionate care during the evening shift. As an LPN, you’ll support resident health and comfort from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, delivering quality nursing care and collaborating closely with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and excellent patient outcomes.

Highlights of the Position

• Full-time evening shifts (2 PM – 10:30 PM), including some weekend rotations

• Deliver nursing care including assessments, medication administration, documentation, and resident assistance
