Shift: Variable shifts OR 12-hour day shifts

Position Overview
Become a vital part of a dedicated team providing person-centered care in a long-term care environment. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity within a supportive and compassionate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Monitor resident health status and report any changes to nursing staff promptly

  • Support feeding and hydration in line with individualized care plans

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident living spaces

  • Document care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families

  • Follow facility policies and comply with regulatory standards
