Position Overview
Join a compassionate long-term care team dedicated to supporting residents with skilled nursing needs. As a CNA, you will provide essential daily living assistance, help maintain resident comfort and dignity, and support licensed nursing staff in delivering exceptional care in a warm, home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to nursing staff

• Support feeding, hydration, and nutrition needs in accordance with care plans

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team

• Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, promoting dignity and respect

• Adhere to facility policies and regulatory requirements for resident care and safety
