Job Type: Skilled Nursing – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shifts Available: Full-time
– Evening shift (6 PM–6:15 AM)
– Night shift (6 PM–6:30 AM)

Position Overview
Join a caring skilled nursing team in the Canton area serving residents overnight. Whether you're on the evening or extended night shift, you'll deliver essential nursing care, ensuring each resident's safety, comfort, and dignity in a supportive, community-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medication, treatments, and assessments under RN guidance

  • Monitor resident health, respond to changes, and communicate with the care team

  • Assist with activities of daily living, focusing on respect and quality of life

  • Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care plans

  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility and regulatory standards
