Family/Primary PRN Locum in Charlottesville/Mount Jackson, Virginia (VA)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family/Primary PRN Locum [Accepting FNP for some dates] to work in Charlottesville/Mount Jackson, Virginia, as soon as credentialed.

The role of Family/Primary PRN Locum:

• Schedule: Full-time, 4.5-day work week. Monday to Friday (8a to 5 p).
• Census: ages 2+
• Focus: assist with chronic disease management and prevention.
• Duties: prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health issues.

Mount Jackson - Critical Dates: Sept 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 (Accepting FNP). Mon, Tues 9:30am to 6pm, Wed, 8am to 4:30pm, Thurs 7:00am to 3:30pm

Charlottesville – Critical Dates: August 22, 26, 30, Sept 2, 6, 16. M-W 9a-6p and Thurs and Fri 8a-5p and Saturdays 8a-12p

Requirements of Family/Primary PRN Locum:

• State license; active, unrestricted.
• DEA, BLS.
• Board certified.; Occupational Medicine – preferred [Charlottesville]
• Experienced: primary care and diagnostic services
• Setting: Clinical
