Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and implement educational programs and curricula to address identified learning needs and skill gaps with the various OR Teams · Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to nurses and other healthcare professionals, fostering their professional development and role competence. · Facilitate the integration of research findings and best practices into clinical settings, promoting quality and safety in patient care · Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and leaders to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Key Requirements: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license within the state of practice Minimum of 5 years of experience as an OR RN Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) strongly preferred but not required Experience as an OR educator or similar role preferred CNOR preferred but not required NPD-BC a huge plus Compensation and Schedule: Salary range beginning around $113K but can be considerably higher based on years of experience, education and certifications Comprehensive benefits plan Day shift, Monday - Friday (8 hour days) Student loan repayment programs
