Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct well and sick visits, performing comprehensive patient assessments.
- Administer medications and manage patient medication plans.
- Perform blood draws and immunizations as required.
- Record accurate patient information in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Assist with vitals, patient intake, and medication passes.

Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 1 year of nursing experience in primary care, including medication management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and EMR charting
- Ability to pass background and credit checks
