• You hold an active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
• You have at least 5 years of healthcare experience
• You have a minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $84,000 to $95,000
• Health insurance with employee cost of $48.86 bi-weekly

Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, coaching, and daily direction to supervisors, trainers, nurses, and medical assistants
• Build an engaged team culture focused on accountability, performance, and consistency
• Coordinate clinic operations and staffing workflows to maintain efficient patient throughput
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and care standards
• Manage departmental resources including budgeting, inventory, and equipment planning
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, PCMH, and applicable regulatory requirements
