Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments for both routine wellness visits and sick appointments
- Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures
- Administer immunizations and vaccinations as needed
- Support chronic condition monitoring and preventive care initiatives
- Document patient interactions accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth clinic workflow and quality patient care

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach
