We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves conducting nursing assessments, supporting providers with clinical care, administering immunizations, and promoting preventive health initiatives while ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct nursing assessments for routine wellness and sick appointments
Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and clinical procedures
Administer immunizations and vaccinations as needed
Support chronic condition monitoring and preventive care initiatives
Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices
Collaborate with the care team to maintain smooth clinic workflow and high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Arizona RN license
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach
