Overview:
Our onsite family practice clinic in Grand Rapids, Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse to support direct patient care and daily clinical operations within a collaborative outpatient setting. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule, structured workflow, and the opportunity to work within an established healthcare environment focused on quality patient outcomes.

Position Offers:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Competitive compensation: $50–$55 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient intake, including vitals and medical history collection
Support providers during exams and minor in-office procedures
Administer medications and assist with routine clinical tasks
Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and front-to-back office operations
Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record system
Support preventive care visits and health screenings
Maintain organized and well-stocked exam rooms
Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary staff

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient or clinic experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and triage skills
Experience with Epic EMR preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
