Overview:
Our Registered Nurse role supports patient care in a structured outpatient environment focused on consistency and teamwork. Our position involves general clinical responsibilities including assessments, care coordination, and patient support as part of an interdisciplinary team. Our schedule provides predictable hours within a stable and supportive care setting.

Position Offers:

- Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–5pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including ADL evaluation
- Coordinate care and documentation with the interdisciplinary clinical team
- Deliver patient and family education tailored to developmental stage and health literacy
- Provide calm, supportive interaction to reduce anxiety and improve care experience
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with standards
- Support continuity of care through effective communication and care coordination
- Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Recent clinical nursing experience in outpatient or related setting
- Strong communication skills with patients and families across age groups
