Overview:
Our school-based health program in Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate short-term assignment supporting middle and high school students. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Competitive pay: $42–46 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day nursing care for middle and high school students
• Administer medications in accordance with orders and school policies
• Perform blood glucose checks as needed
• Assess and respond to student sick visits and health concerns
• Provide first aid and care for minor scrapes, injuries, and other routine school health needs
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding student health concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Serve as a trusted healthcare resource for students, families, and school staff

Qualifications:

• Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Pediatric, school nursing, or outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a school setting with adolescent students
