Schedule: 8- or 12-Hour Shifts, Mornings, Evenings, and Nights, No On-Call

Position Summary: We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to join a federal healthcare facility in Fort Worth, Texas. In this full-time role, you’ll provide skilled nursing care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and help promote patient safety and wellness. With flexible shift options and no on-call requirements, this position offers excellent work-life balance and a strong benefits package.

Position Offers:

• Competitive pay of $38–$41 per hour
• Morning, evening, and night shifts available in 8- or 12-hour schedules
• No on-call shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, monitor their conditions, and promptly respond to changes in health status
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and immunizations
• Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans
• Provide wound care and help manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and medications in the electronic health record
• Educate patients and families on medications, wellness, treatment plans, and self-care
• Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Follow infection prevention procedures and respond quickly to urgent or emergency situations

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse license required
