Benefits and Features:

• $90,000 - $108,000/yr, depending on experience
• $10,000 sign on bonus (if 5+ years experience)

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time position, M-F days, light call
• 3 Nurse Managers will rotate weekend call – pay differentials for call
• Nurse Manager will be overseeing 6 RNs and 20 Mental health Techs
• Setting – Children’s residential facility – high acuity patients that are involuntary
• Nurse Manager will join a supportive team that is mission-driven, and patient focused to provide the highest quality of care to the community

Background Profile:

• 5 yrs experience min with BSN
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Master’s degree preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
• 5 years of clinical experience in professional or technical role/function
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain before your first day of employment
• Current WA State Food Handlers permit.
• Current First Aide and CPR Certification.
• WA License is preferred
