DESCRIPTION: I’m looking for a Primary Care physician to provide coverage in Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient clinic for company employees and their families. The patient population 2 and up. Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+. Credentialing is FAST, approx 1 week. Please call if you are looking for PRN shifts

Hanover, PA: Ages 2+ DEA and dispensing license not req'd.

Wyalusing, PA: Newborn+, dispensing, Athena EMR, Wellness only, No OccMed for locum
Dates: 6/21 8a-4:30p
7/15 8a-4:30p, 7/16 10a-7p


REQUIREMENTS:

· PA state license; active, unrestricted
· BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
· 2 years’ experience
