Registered Nurse - RN - Outpatient Clinic

  • Hourly Comp: $44.00
  • Weekly Comp: $1760
  • Total Comp: $22,880

Position Details: 13+ week contract. Shift time: 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts. RN needed for a full-time contract with a local clinic located in the International District in Seattle.

MORE ABOUT THE RN REGISTERED NURSE – OUTPATIENT POSITION:

  1. Receive admission and / or transfers to the unit
  2. Initial and on-going systematic patient assessment
  3. Timely and accurate documentation
  4. Interpret assessments / diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
  5. Promote continuous quality improvement
  6. Respond to life-saving situations, using nursing standards and protocols for treatment
  7. Act as a patient advocate while providing education and support to patients and their families
  8. Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN REGISTERED NURSE – OUTPATIENT POSITION:

  1. Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience
  2. Valid RN license in STATE or your state of practice
  3. Basic Life support (BLS) and ACLS certification required
  4. Experience with Trachs, Vents, Hemodymanics, Critical Drips, ET Tubes and Wound Care is required
  5. Must be eligible to work in the United States
