Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 / hour

Nurse Manager, LTC Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Day Shift Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts
• Flexible Schedule options available
• Primary contact for patients and their families

Nurse Manager, LTC Responsibilities:

• Nurse Manager, LTC develops staff schedule, ensures adequate coverage to support in all areas of acute care nursing, and adjusts staffing levels based on census/acuity
• Develops operating and capital budgets for the departments annually and monitors fiscal measures of productivity, payroll, expense, and revenue monthly
• Nurse Manager, LTC conducts leader and patient/resident rounding monthly and promotes customer and employee satisfaction initiatives such as hourly rounding, thank you notes, and stoplight reports
• Provides direct patient care at least 8 hours per month and as needed, and performs Registered Nurse duties

Nurse Manager, LTC Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
• RN License
• 2+ years of Nurse Management experience preferred
• 2+ years of Long-term care experience preferred
• Currently licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in MT, or able to obtain licensure
