Job ID: 132832 Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $41.73-$53 per hour in Aurora, Colorado Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner's senior-focused healthcare team in Aurora, CO. This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY with excellent benefits and a mission-driven team environment. Key Responsibilities for the Clinic RN: Provide skilled nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting, focused on supporting elderly and medically complex patients. Assist providers with exams, treatments, and care delivery. Implement provider orders, administer medications and treatments, and support medication self-management and compliance. Triage phone calls from participants and staff to determine priority of care and direct accordingly. Schedule outside appointments as needed and ensure appropriate follow-up. Document thoroughly in the electronic health record and maintain accurate medical records. Offer health counseling and education to patients and families. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants and serve as a clinical lead when needed. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings and contribute to individualized care plans. Maintain exam room supplies and ensure clinic readiness. May provide after-hours or holiday coverage as needed. Key Requirements for the Clinic RN: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado (required) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain Minimum of 1 year experience working with elderly or frail populations Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative care team Organized, responsive, and patient-focused Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) 1+ year of experience in an acute care setting 3+ years of healthcare experience with a focus on geriatrics Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Punjabi, or Hmong Compensation and Benefits: Hourly pay range: $41.73 - $53, based on experience and qualifications Full-time, on-site schedule Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance Flexible spending accounts 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and 11 paid company holidays Work with a team committed to holistic, patient-centered care for older adults
