We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional hospice care to patients and families throughout Dallas and surrounding counties. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing services to hospice patients in alignment with individualized care plans
- Perform routine and as-needed patient assessments, updating plans based on clinical findings
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Offer guidance and education to patients and loved ones regarding disease progression, symptom management, and supportive care
- Partner with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in an on-call rotation as part of the care support team

Qualifications:
- Current Texas RN license with 1–2 years of nursing experience (hospice or palliative care preferred)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
