Job Description
I'm hiring for a Registered Nurse Home Health in North Dakota! There is potential for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
The RN will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients in their homes and hospice settings; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; educate patients and families on disease processes, symptom management, and treatment goals; promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients facing serious or terminal illness; and ensure accurate, timely documentation within the EMR system.
Location: Near Norwich, ND
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days/Evenings
Requirements: College degree; ND RN license; prior experience
Pay: $36-$49/hr
