Registered Nurse (RN) -

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Indianapolis. This position combines clinical care, patient assessments, and leadership responsibilities in a collaborative environment that supports professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct start-of-care assessments and recertifications
- Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient charting and complete administrative paperwork
- Ensure compliance with OASIS documentation standards

Qualifications:
- Active Indiana RN license
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience with start-of-care processes, recertifications, and wound care
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements
