Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience to join our Waco team. This role involves conducting start-of-care, recertification, and resumption-of-care visits, providing wound care, educating patients and families, and accurately documenting all care in the EMR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct start-of-care, recertification, and resumption-of-care assessments
- Complete OASIS documentation for all patient visits
- Provide wound care and perform supervisory visits as needed
- Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment
- Accurately document all patient interactions using Homecare Homebase EMR
- Deliver compassionate, culturally sensitive, patient-centered care

Qualifications:
- Active Texas RN license
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience
- Familiarity with Homecare Homebase EMR system
- Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
