Position Details:

• Start: ASAP within 2 Weeks
• Role: Home Health Clinical Manager
• Location: Kent, WA
• Setting: Home Health
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8A-5 PM
• Earn up to $128,500/ year PLUS Benefits & Weekly Pay!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role, you are the heartbeat of home health operations—leading clinical excellence while keeping your team aligned and supported.

• Lead with purpose: Oversee and guide individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Drive quality: Review OASIS, 485s, and clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Coordinate seamlessly: Manage referrals, case conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensure patient safety: Monitor clinical indicators, wound care progress, and changes in condition
• Support your team: Step in for visits or on-call coverage when needed
• Own the process: Oversee orders, authorizations, and administrative workflows to keep operations running smoothly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Active RN license in Washington (or compact)
• 2+ years RN experience, including 1+ year in home health
• MUST possess STRONG OASIS & HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) proficiency
• Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Prior clinical management or supervisory experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without compromising care quality
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and willingness to travel in varying conditions
