What We’re Looking For:

An experienced Home Health Registered Nurses ready to hit the ground running in Denver, CO. This contract role is perfect for someone who thrives on independence, embraces clinical challenges, and LOVES helping patients in the comfort of their own homes.

If you’ve got rock-solid OASIS skills and can manage a full caseload like a pro—this is YOUR opportunity.

Schedule + Contract Details:

• Start: ASAP or within 2 weeks of Offer
• Location: Denver
• Shift: Monday - Friday
• Contract: 13 Weeks to Start | High Chance of Extension
• Hours: with productivity model —30 units per week!
• On Call Requirements: Requested if needed, as needed
• Compensation: Up to $124,500 per year -- PLUS mileage reimbursement & full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial & comprehensive assessments to determine patient eligibility
• Create and implement individualized care plans with the patient’s provider
• Use sound clinical judgment and document accurately via HCHB & OASIS
• Communicate regularly with the care team, scheduling, and leadership
• Be the calm in the chaos—delivering compassionate, professional care while keeping the workflow moving efficiently

Requirements | Qualifications:

• 2+ years working in Home Health setting visiting multiple patients per day!
• HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) & OASIS experience required – no exceptions!
• Active RN license in Colorado or Compact Nursing License
• NOTE: NLC or State License MUST be active at time of application, submission
