Type: 13 Weeks Contract Travel Assignment Contract

- Certifications: BLS, California State RN License, COVID Vaccine
NOTES: JOB DUTIES/ADDITIONAL UNIT INFO/CASELOAD: 5-6 pts per day. The home health department is not a per visit model. It is an hourly pay model. This requires all traveler to start on time at 0800 as stated in their contract.
Submission Requirements
-Experience: 2 years of HH exp with high volume case loads, no exceptions
-Special Requirements: RECENT OASIS EXP REQUIRED - You will be required to take an OASIS EXAM to be eligible for an interview.
