Overview:
Our Registered Nurse role supports patient care in a structured outpatient environment focused on consistency and teamwork. Our position involves general clinical responsibilities including assessments, care coordination, and patient support as part of an interdisciplinary team. Our schedule provides predictable hours within a stable and supportive care setting.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–5pm
• Competitive Compensation: $93,600–$99,840 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and support care planning activities
• Coordinate care with members of the clinical team
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support continuity of care through communication and follow-up
• Ensure adherence to established clinical guidelines and procedures
• Participate in routine care coordination activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior clinical nursing experience in outpatient or related setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
