Overview:
Our home health organization in the Clearwater area is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our supportive and patient-focused team. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining work-life balance, autonomy in practice, and strong clinical support.

Position Offers:
• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Competitive salary starting at $70,000–$75,000 annually

• Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with home health policies and patient care standards

Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida or ability to obtain licensure
• Home health or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
