Care would consist of suctoning when needed, Med administration, feeds, companionship, and monitoring. Mom request a non-smoking nurse, scrubs dress code, and wearing a maxim badge. Mom is also requesting a nurse with Trach/ Vent experience |

There is smoking that takes place outside of the home. Typical shift with this patient will include continued G-tube feeds/medications/flushes, respiratory treatments as ordered, seizure monitoring, personal care, repositioning & transfers via Hoyer Lift. |

Care would consist of feeds, behavioral managment/redirection, and Seizure monitoring on Maxim chart and on paper chart in home per mom request. |

This patient is Non-Ambulatory & Non-Verbal, attends school without nursing staff. Typical shift will vary dependent on school schedule (7a-5p / 2:30p – 6:30p). Cares consist of G-tube feeds, medications & changes, seizure monitoring, personal care & transfers/repositioning as needed. |
