Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Springfield, GA
Overview:
Our home health agency in Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support private-pay pediatric clients with developmental disabilities. This role involves regular travel, care oversight, and close collaboration with caregivers and families.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly, flexible and self-managed
- Competitive salary: $95,000–100,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients and caregivers to ensure quality, compliant care
- Oversee caregivers and LPNs to ensure care is being delivered properly
- Maintain accurate documentation and conduct chart audits for compliance
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Lead orientation and training for new caregivers
- Attend team meetings and redirect duties as needs arise
- Adapt communication style to work effectively with a wide range of personalities
Qualifications:
- Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong flexibility and ability to redirect priorities as situations change
- Willingness to travel regularly; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
