Overview:
Our home health agency in Clearwater is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role offers manageable caseloads with administrative support within a collaborative clinical environment.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with phone-only call schedule
- Competitive salary: $70,000–75,000 annually (DOE)

- Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with home health policies and patient care standards
Qualifications:
- Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Florida, or ability to obtain
- Home health or clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
