Job Description
* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* 8 hour days, Primarly 8-5, including 2-5 days per month of on call
* Prefer RNs have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
* Must have HCHB/OASIS experience
* NY RN License and BLS required
* Will travel 30-50 miles per day; 30 productivity points per week
* Must have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and valid drivers' license
