About:
*13 Week Assignment
*ASAP Start
*Mon-Fri Schedule 8A-5P
Requirements:
*1 Year Home health experience required
*AZ or Compact RN License & BLS Required
*HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis experience preferred
*Will travel up to 100-150 miles per week
*Must have reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and valid drivers license
