AMG Healthcare is seeking several Home Health RNs in the Peoria, IL area interested in a full-time temporary position with pay starting at $65.00/hr. This is a quick 13-week assignment, Mon-Fri (8-hour day shift) schedule, 40 hrs per week, no weekends, no holiday, no on-call. Only requires 1+ years of prior Home Health work experience within the last 2 years.

Position starts on 09/21/2020 start date with a 12/21/20 end date. Pay starts at $65.00/hour. We're currently scheduling interviews throughout the next 2 weeks for candidates who meet all requirements & can fully commit to start date and entirety of assignment duration.

POSITION DETAILS

Position: Home Health Field RN

• Position Summary: RN Direct patient care provided to patients in their home- Vital Signs, Physical Assessments including OASIS, IV, Wound, Lab draws, Disease Management education, Case Management
  
• Pay Rate: $65.00+ (Pay is dependent on experience & commitment to 09/21/20 start date)
• Location: Peoria, IL
• Schedule: Mon-Fri (8-hour day shifts) 40 hrs/week. (No weekends, no holidays, no on-call)
• Duration: 13-Week Assignment (Start: 09/21/20 - Ends: 12/21/20) (Additional extension/permanent position opportunities possible if interested)
• Additional Info:
  • RN would be responsible for completing 5-6 visits daily, or 25 per week
  • RN is to commute to assigned patients residences and requires autonomous practice in patient’s home. RN Supervisors are available for support whenever needed
  • RN should be educated, comfortable, & proficient in performing several Home Health tasks such as, but not limited to:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Current RN Professional License (Illinois) – Must be active & in good standing
• Active BLS certification
• 1 or more year(s) of previous Home Health work experience (Must be recent-within the last 2 years)
• Position requires active car insurance and dependable vehicle to commute to patient locations
• Must be proficient in: OASIS documentation, EMR proficiency, IV and Wound care, Phlebotomy, Catheter care
