Hospice Registered Nurse

We are a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Hospice organization based in New Jersey that is backed by two decades of hospice care excellence. Our organization offers a complete menu of care and services delivered by a team of highly trained, compassionate professionals. Our entire team of skilled providers is sensitive to both physical and emotional needs of the patient.

We are seeking a qualified and available Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing and successful team.

For the Hospice Registered Nurse, we offer the following compensation package:

  • $90,000-$100,000 + Annual Salary (Depending on Experience)
  • Mileage Reimbursement - $0.43 per Mile
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurances - Offered After 90 of Employment
  • 19 Days of PTO - Accrued Starts 1st Day of Employment - Available for Use at 90 days
  • Paid Federal Holidays - 6 Days
  • 401K Retirement Package with 3% Employer Match - Available After 30 Days
  • Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday through Friday – 8:30AM to 5PM
  • Covering Monmouth and Middlesex Counties
  • Weekly Patient Case Load of 14 to 16 Seeing 4 to 5 Per Day
  • Completing An Initial Assessment of Patient and Family to Determine Hospice Care Needs
  • Regularly Re-Evaluates the Patients’ Nursing Needs
  • Use Assessment Data to Determine Care Plan Needs
  • Collaborate With the Entire Healthcare Team, Patient and Family, To Help Direct the Work Of The Team To Provide Are That Is Continuous And Well-Coordinated
  • Counsels The Patient and Family in Meeting End of Life Needs

Requirements:

  • 1 + Years of Experience as a Registered Nurse, Hospice Experience Preferred
  • Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
  • Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing
